The only sure thing is that being unhappy can no longer be a permanent condition. So gather your courage and clean up your private life.

Do It For Yourself

Think carefully about who you set these goals for. Do you want to make a career because you like it or because others ask you to? 

Do you want to lose weight and quit smoking because you want to be healthier, or do you want others to find you more beautiful?

It is essential that your projects arose from your desire. Otherwise, you will buckle and give up at the latest when you do not receive the feedback you are hoping for. 

Just Do It

Enough brooding because there is nothing good unless you do it! 

Forget all the hurdles and futile attempts that lie behind you – new times are dawning. Imagine the best version of yourself.

It doesn’t have to match what others think is the perfect version, but the image of yourself.
